Cianna Language Institute is a German school in Nairobi at Liaison House, State House Avenue. Managing Director Wanjiru Mahihu and instructors including Myles K. Gitahi teach A1 to B2 on campus and live online. We prepare students for Goethe and ÖSD exams; those exams are sat at Goethe-Institut Kenya and inLEGAS, not at Cianna. Nairobi campus and online only — there is no Mombasa branch.

Cianna prepares you for Goethe and ÖSD exams. We are not an exam centre. ÖSD is booked at inLEGAS; Goethe exams are booked at Goethe-Institut Kenya.

Cianna Language Institute has a physical training center in Nairobi. But we also offer online classes. This ensures easier access and convenience for students across Kenya.
We offer comprehensive German language courses for A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels. Our curriculum is designed to take you from a complete beginner to professional proficiency.
A1 and A2 take 6 to 8 weeks and then B1 and B2 each take around 3 months.
Our course fees are competitive: A1 and A2 levels are Ksh 30,000 each, while B1 and B2 levels are Ksh 35,000 each.
